absolutely lovely stay at craig manor hotel! the staff were brilliant n super helpful. our room was cleaned every day n had proper cups, not those tiny ones. breakfast was buffet style with everything u could ask for, even a nice view of the lake from the dining room. the whole place was spotless and comfy, we loved it!

the check-in process was a bit confusing n we had a small problem with the hot water in the bathroom.

Some minor maintenance issues like peeling wallpaper in the room could use attention, and the shower wasn't designed well, leaving the floor wet after use.
